  LCCF Scholarship Program

Welcome to Lancaster County Community Foundation’s scholarship page!   We have several scholarship programs for students throughout the county.  
 

The application for our general scholarship program for the 2010-11 school year is now posted (see link below).  The application due date for the 2010-11 school year is January 15, 2010. 

Our general scholarship program consists of the two funds listed below.  Please call (507) 931-0414 for more information about our general scholarship program. 

          1. Joseph and Claudine Hess Fund (available to all students from Lancaster County). 
          2. Albert S. Rosman Fund (available to all Conestoga Valley High School students).

Important Application Information:  You will have the option of filling out the form on your computer or by hand.  Please note, however, that you will not be submitting the application electronically.  After you have successfully completed the application, we ask that you print it, sign it, and mail a copy to the address found on the last page of document. Before you fill out the form, please take a moment to review the criteria for eligibility, and carefully read the application instructions.  If you have questions regarding the scholarship program, you may call (507) 931-0414.

 

In addition to our general scholarship program, the Community Foundation provides several other scholarships that are administered through the local schools listed below.  Students attending these schools who are interested in learning more about these scholarships and obtaining application materials are encouraged to contact their school’s guidance or financial aid department.

          1. Garden Spot High School (John H. Gehr Fund) 
          2. Lampeter-Strasburg High School (Frank A. Wint Memorial Fund) 
          3. McCaskey High School (Stephen Swartz Scholarship Fund) 
          4. Millersville University (Nathan Schaeffer Scholarship Fund)  
               *Applicants must be currently enrolled at MU in an education program
