Description of Program: The fellow will attend three different courses to accomplish his goals of developing a six year personal growth plan, improving his ability to develop key organizational measurements and align them with organizational strategies, and increasing his knowledge and practice of board governance and the effective management of non-profit boards.  The classes include "Accountability at the Top" and "Leveraging Your Resources Through Partnering" from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.  Additionally, the fellow will attend one of the following: "Performance Counts" at the Kellogg School of Management or "The Balanced Scorecard" at the University of South Carolina.

Organizational Mission: To advance the Kingdom of God through the Gospel of Jesus Christ by providing rescue and renewal services in the city and county of Lancaster and other areas.
