Description of Program: This grant supports the purchase and implementation of the Efforts-to-Outcomes (ETO) client and program outcome software.  ETO provides in-depth and immediate understanding of client progress as well as programmatic effectiveness.

Organizational Mission: To foster and facilitate the cultural, social, civic and economic development of the Latino Community of the City and County of Lancaster through the provision of human services, employment and training, and behavioral health services.
