Description of Program: The program implements a consortium of integrated counseling centers with centralized administrative and program services for greater operational efficiency and capacity. This will increase access to quality mental health counseling, consultation and education for Lancaster County and the region.

Organizational Mission: It is the mission of the Samaritan Counseling Center to foster hope and healing through professional counseling, consultation and education while respecting and integrating personal and spiritual values. The Center has identified four primary organization-wide strategies:  creating a learning culture (People); creating brand identity (Quality); increasing operational efficiency (Stewardship); and program expansion and diversification (Growth).
