Description of Program: This grant is being used to support two staff members and a pharmacy fund during the start-up and implementation phase of Project Access Lancaster County.

Organizational Mission: By collaborating in a voluntary network and pooling combined resources, physicians, hospitals, clinics and pharmicists will assure integrated access to needed healthcare for at least 50% of Lancaster County's low income residents by 2009.
