Description of Program: This grant supports The Public Art Resource Project to help the community make informed decisions about the role Public Art can play to create a vibrant community.  The program is modeled on PCA&D’s successful Mural Resource Project.

Organizational Mission: To provide a professional education in the visual arts that allows students to pursue art as a life's work and gives the breadth of knowledge needed to live a life that is personally meaningful and contributes to cultural and economic aspcets of the community.
