Description of Program: The fellow will hire consulting services to focus on her development role, meet with other fundraising professionals in Lancaster County, meet with Lancaster County leaders (including the Community Foundation) to brainstorm regarding how the North Museum's goals coincide with other county initiatives, meet with museum planning consultants, and visit other museums and science centers and their CEOs.

Organizational Mission: The North Museum promotes life-long learning throughout the community by generating excitement and curiosity in the natural and physical sciences and technology.
