Description of Program: This grant is helping Habitat to improve facades of four new homes on South Queen Street and market them as a model of attractive affordable homes to build sustainability and goodwill.  The program will enhance the streetscape, increase property values and homeowners' sense of community, and dispel housing myths.

Organizational Mission: Lancaster Area Habitat for Humanity builds new homes and renovates or repairs older homes in partnership with low-income families in need and community volunteers.
