Description of Program: This grant supports the hiring of a full-time CEO for LancasterARTS to execute a strategic plan, secure new revenue streams, provide a "face" and easy access to the community, and work with the Mayor's Office to develop the arts, which has been identified as a lynch pin to the city's growth and revitalization.

Organizational Mission: To create and ensure sustainability of the arts in the City of Lancaster.
