Description of Program: The fellow will attend Harvard Business School's Strategic Perspectives in Nonprofit Management (SPNM) in which participants explore strategic concepts in mission focus, market sensitivity, organizational structure, and performance management and control.  The applicant also will attend Habitat on the Hill, a conference designed to teach participants how to launch and build a successful advocacy program and integrate it into the organizational culture.

Organizational Mission: Lancaster Area Habitat for Humanity builds new homes and renovates or repairs older homes in partnership with low-income families in need and community volunteers.
