Description of Program: The fellow will attain certification as a Fundraising Executive (CFRE) and will begin the process with the American Society of Association Executives to attain the distinction of Certified Association Executive (CAE).  The applicant also plans to concentrate on courses, workshops, programs and retreats that would assist her in developing the tools to deal effectively with the "slings and arrows" of life.

Organizational Mission: Clare House serves homeless women and children by providing a temporary home in a caring environment, life-skills programs and aftercare support leading to self-sufficiency.
