Description of Program: The fellow will attend a five-day Leadership for Diversity Institute hosted by the National Coalition Building Institute (NCBI) for training to deliver the NCBI's award-winning Welcoming Diversity & Inclusion Workshop.   Additionally, the fellow will join the Body & Soul Fitness Studio in Lancaster, schedule weekly personal training sessions, and follow the prescribed fitness regimen.

Organizational Mission: To prevent lung disease and promote lung health.
