 |  | | In applying prudent fiscal policies, the Foundation's Board of Directors has established fees to provide for the ongoing management and administration of our funds. Fees are structured with the objective that each fund supports the financial and transaction services provided to it. In this way, fees are distributed more fairly as funds with increased administration are charged accordingly. Unlike most commercial gift funds, the Foundation's administration fees serve the Lancaster County community, where they Create Extraordinary Community for generations to come.
- Standard management and administration services required by each fund, such as financial statement preparation, investment oversight, preparation of annual audit, required overhead, and impactful grant-making and evaluation processes.
